What is an "MSM Bomb!"??

Well:

1-2 Tbs OptiMSM from Ojio or local store. OptiMSM Clean! No heavy metals!

With a quartered whole Organic Lemon (Meyer's are my fave!)

Blended till it's creamy with 1/2 cup of Water and an 1/8 Tsp REAL Salt or Sea Salt

then mixed with an additional cup and a half of good clean water!

Why drink this slightly funky particularly bitter beverage?

Well for one it contains highly Bio-Available Sulfur.

This when employed in this fashion gives a Synergistic Super boost of Sulfur by combining with the benefits of the whole lemon you gain; Anti inflammatory, Anti-Bio tic, Anti Fungal, Anti Microbial & Antiseptic benefits.

How can this help?

Many ways!

Congested?

Have a sinus headache?

Cold?

Upset digestion?

Need a quick detox?

My first experience with an MSM Bomb was profound! I released a large volume of mucus which had been lodged in my lungs unbeknownst to me, Smog and other pollutants had contributed to this nasty muck! In the morning after drinking one of these full recipes, "to my dome" at about 4 pm. I awoke earlier and clearer. Once I released that mess. I felt like I had not been breathing! I could take a REAL breath! Filled my lungs like normal but I experienced a hurricane of air entering!

Since discovering this phenomenon I have used warm water and added cayenne during periods where my throat was scratchy or dry, feeling nauseated from making a less than optimal food choice with ginger in the mix.

I recommend playing with this and asking your body what else it may want to add in. If you think of sweetening, stevia. No Sugar!!! Keep it Bitter! Bitter is better, hence the meyers have a fruitier fleshy flavor.

Have fun and enjoy learning for yourself how it benefits you!

Choices... Choices... Choices!

Life is filled with so many choices. What we eat is just one of millions of choices we must face daily. When I am asked about my choices in culinary delight, one question is "How long have you been 'RAW'?" To which I respond, "I have never been cooked or else I could not be talking with you now." To be "cooked" one must be deceased!

I believe it is the choice of what we say and how we react in life that has the greatest impact on our outlook and therefore our health. Therefore conscious awareness of where our food supply comes from is second to how we view our choices.

More choices... coming soon! Check back in a moment...

Friends. Family. Newcomers.

While my writing has been rather sparse & sporadic these last few years, I am now entering a calm zen space in my life. One where the turmoil of the world is no longer playing such a huge part on my daily psyche (mental connection of spirit and body) battery charge. The influence of the turmoil will be present in these writings to come. Our human evolution depends on the intelligent conscious minds to create what our world can be like.

I see that peaceful space where a lion and a lamb can wander in a field together. I know we can find that peace within ourselves and bring it out into the world. It's contagious! The more learn how to live with what blessings our home has from our Creator. I am grateful to each of you for your thoughts and comments and the sharing of your life experiences which will help others to grow from the darkness we all unknowingly hide in. Anything can be a Distraction Drug or a Disease. How we use the tools we are blessed with changes their inherent energy expression. It all comes back to LOVE.

I love the fact that I can grow my own food. I am grateful to understand the palatal potentials of many foods. I am grateful to learn and play with all the creations we are blessed with.

SO, This week marks one of the final email blasts. I have realized that I can accomplish the same goals with using only a blog. The intention- share the most helpful health information available. Old and new. The older information is so much fun to learn from. Our intuitions and what we were doing a hundred years ago would negate the need for our current status quo. On the positive side we have learn a great deal to benefit humanity so if need be we can perform some amazing life saving surgeries. Well, I hope and pray that all you find here will assist you or some one you know find information which will forever shift a perspective and open realization to the infinite potential of one human being experienced by the spirit you are. I believe the more we seek to listen to that spirit inside of us the more we will know how to live our daily lives as God would love to see us shining His light in the lives of others.

My dear friend Kevin Gianni, whose information I will regularly share links to, is doing just what I believe he was called to do. Dig Dig Dig. There is SOOOOOOO much information out there. Where is The Truth? Often the challenge in seeking out the Truth anyone has to offer you is to peek through the ego presenting it.

So, in this life I am joyful to dig though all the information I come across from my own diligent searching for knowledge.

I am stopping this post and publishing where I am now. I will continue writing here asap!
Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10930931824663692134noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1956153761949502898.post-5823377296139292882011-04-02T02:08:00.000-07:002011-04-05T17:21:34.986-07:00Recipes!This last Saturday I was blessed to share a few fun easy recipes with a group of fun filled health seekers. We played with everything we could dig up from the garden and then some. Here is the menu of Goodies we enjoyed: Collard wraps and Lettuce wraps with A thai chili dipping sauce and a`bonus Coconut Amino dressing/dip.

First Recipe is: "The Pink Onions"

Slice thinly and evenly as you can one red onion. pack it into a glass jar and cover half way with cider vinegar after adding a dash of Sea Salt. Cover with a lid and give a good shake so as to evenly coat ll the onions. Allow to settle then cover 1/4 with Raw Agave nectar. cover with water and close the lid. Shake again until evenly mixed. Allow to sit at least 20 minutes before use. To get more pickle juice use a larger jar and allow to marinate overnight.

Mango/Papaya/Peach/Apricot/Plum Sauce

This recipe will work with any solid stone style fruit.

2 Lbs diced Ripe fruit

1/2 cup pink onions (packed)

pink juice to taste

add in garlic and or ginger to taste

dash of sea salt if desired

Now comes the real fun.

Once it is blended smooth you can add a dash of cayenne to just spice it up a little or if you like pulse in de-seeded, hand torn, cleaned dried chilies. Hawaiian BBQ? Terriyaki? Mexican? Mediterranean?

By switching up a few seasonings amazing things happen. To give this a more ethnic flavor fell free to experiment with cumin, black pepper, coriander etc.

Here is what we ate on Saturday:

4 cups sunflower seeds (RAW -Organic best)

Soaked in clean water for 4 hours. drained into a collander and rinsed. leave in the collander for 8-12 hours rinsing every 2-3 times allowing it to completely drain each time.

This should give you just a little whit nubby growing on the ends of most your seeds. We have hundreds of acres barren land with clean soil that is ripe and ready for planting covering our great valley, urban and suburban alike. Do you know someone who owns land? Do you own fallow land? I am overwhelmed with this great vision of a sustainable food system which provides nutritious options to our children. As we connect and build our network the big job will get smaller and easier!!! If you have ideas thoughts or suggestion son how we are going to accomplish any of the million of tasks to be accomplished please call 916.572.6010 or e-mail schools@synergychef.com If you have the desire to help play in the dirt there is much to be accomplished and your time will be well appreciated and used.

Thoughts!

* So much to do and a Full life ahead to accomplish them all in!!!
This is The new perspective. Of course it would be great if everything was perfect Now! But then what would we strive to accomplish with this life?

** Prayer is The answer! Calm spirit makes for a more functional day. Each day as I awake I do the best I can to keep to the plan for what "needs" to be accomplished. More recently, I have learned how to truly let go and Let God. Even now as I am writing, Storage needs to be moved, appointments need to be set, household chores need to done. Focusing now on just sharing a few words that are calling to be released.

*** Every time a person ignorantly choose to purchase "Food" like substances that have known harmful effects, a crime is being committed on that person.

Resources

You are a resource of Joy, Health and Wealth.

Jaime Oliver

Food Security

Food Supplies

Food Safety?

Valentine's Day 2011 Angel Chocolate Launch

FR*E*E Delivery to Your Sweet Pea!

Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10930931824663692134noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1956153761949502898.post-39420223172812598612010-11-01T20:58:00.000-07:002010-11-02T21:27:39.502-07:00Kombucha the Sea of Love!!!<align="left">Kombu (Sea) Cha (Life)!

In recent times many have experienced frustrating moments in search of the mama Love!
Anyone looking for the familiar GT's or High Country in the stores, may have found only a peculiar Dairy brand version sold, another version in a plastic bottle or nothing. Fortunately, Honest T has come to the rescue!

The quality has stepped up a notch! Superb flavor combination's to boot!

However that fantastic experience comes with a new heftier price tag.

So, anyone with 20 minutes to labor with Love can brew a gallon or more at a time. Not long ago, kombuccha was bit of a secret and internet prices claimed as much as $20 or more for a couple little pieces of dried "scobee" (the starter)

Now that kombucha is so widely available you can have a starter for a less than $10 and taste the craft before deciding to brew arm loads of it. Kombucha is a labor of Love and it exponentially increases it's flow as you make more. Each batch will yield your gallon plus the capacity to create hundreds more batches. So... there is plenty to share with friends and family. </align>

Here is the basic recipe:

Equipment:
2 Gallon stainless steel pot
1 gallon glass jar- wider mouth is better
old t-shit
produce Rubber bands

Directions/Supplies:

Boil for 5 minutes-
1 1/4 gallon clean water
1/2 Cup sugar - beet sugar seems to work best (if it does not say cane sugar it is beet sugar no need to pay for organic expensive sugars here. The organisms will consume any toxic elements that may be present before the brewing is done.

Steep 10-20 minutes
10 tea bags - at least 6 black tea and your choice of additional flavored teas

allow to cool to room temperature 4-6 hours or more

pour into jar and add the Kombucha Mama

Cover jar with a piece of T-shirt and fasten with rubber bands

Kombucha is a Living Loving organism. She Loves air and sunshine. She will grow well in a loving environment filled with laughter and joyful music. Great places to watch her grow include a windowsill, counter or a table top.

If you need a scobee call 916.572.6010 we will get you one if there are none to be found. We also have Jun which is very similar to Kombucha just slightly different strains of organisms and they like honey as Kombucha does not propagate with raw honey.

*** Holiday Gift Idea ****

2 oz baby food jar or similar with the recipe, a scobee and and Tea bags to with it. Next step up would be to include a 1 gallon wide mouthed jar to go with it!

Please feel free to share your Kombucha sharing experiences with pictures and stories of how you feel after starting your Sea of Life!

Thank you for sending e-mail to kombuch@synergychef.comAnonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10930931824663692134noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1956153761949502898.post-36035599433932743842010-10-25T22:46:00.000-07:002010-10-25T22:47:40.314-07:00Now that is Rawesome! Executive Summary
The rise of childhood obesity has caused an increase in health problems that vary from psychosocial risks, such as low self-esteem, to type 2 Diabetes. Type 2 Diabetes in childhood can lead to cardiovascular disease and kidney failure when a child grows into an adult and ultimately end in a shorter life. With childhood obesity on the rise it becomes necessary for action to be taken. Longevity Nutrition works to eradicate childhood obesity, diabetes and other illnesses linked to poor nutrition. In fall, 2008 Longevity Nutrition started providing demonstration classes and healthy snacks to more than 300 Sacramento area school children. Longevity Nutrition, in collaboration with Organic Sacramento & California School Garden Network, Healthy Eating Active Living collaborative, Health Education Counsel hope to install healthy meal programs in Sacramento and, eventually, across the nation. These meals will increase the quality of children’s health exponentially and ultimately lead to a longer, happier life for each child.

II. Statement of need
Results from the 2007-2008 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES), using measured heights and weights, indicate that an estimated 17 percent of children and adolescents ages 2-19 years are obese. Among pre-school age children 2-5 years of age, obesity increased from 5 to 10.4% between 1976-1980 and 2007-2008 and from 6.5 to 19.6% among 6-11 year olds. Among adolescents aged 12-19, obesity increased from 5 to 18.1% during the same period.
Figure 1 depicts the rise of overweight children among the ages of 6-19 in the United States from 1963-2002 (Source: Center for Disease Control).
If this trend is allowed to continue the consequences will be devastating. Already, in a population-based sample of 5 to 17 year-olds, 70% of obese children had at least one cardiovascular disease risk factor while 39% of obese children had two or more CVD risk factors. Along with dangerous physical risks, obese children are social targets for bullying and discrimination. This negative experience can lead to low self-esteem, which hinders academic achievement, deters positive socialization and may persist into adulthood.

III. Project Description
Longevity Nutrition, in collaboration with Organic Sacramento, will create healthy meal programs in Sacramento and, eventually, across the nation. Longevity Nutrition will also provide healthy food demonstrations that show children how to prepare healthy snacks. Providing children with healthier food and teaching them how to make the snacks for themselves will work to lessen obesity and improve the physical and psychological well-being of children.
a. How will this be done exactly?
b. How will the project be evaluated?

IV. Budget
A. What is each step of the project?
-What is the estimated cost of each step?

V. Overwhelming... Joy!!!Thank You everyone who participated in our 2nd Saturday Festivities in December!!! We Love the excited energy around the service to our Community! I am grateful to be of service as this project develops and flowers into it's visualized potential.
We are here to be the Difference!
We are here to serve our family!
We are here living life in the heart of our creator.
We are not perfect!
We are dedicated of taking care of those in our stewardship!

This last week's experiences totaled up to a calm and collected Joyful experience.

Life Happens!
Things Happen!

When thing unexpected happen find the Best way to look at it.

I am grateful to know there is always another spirit in this life I am capable of providing service to.

No matter how "Big" a deal an experience is, there will always be another in a situation whose life I could positively affect with my interaction and love.

All that is here on this Earth belongs to the creator. That which we perceive to own truly own us if we try to claim it.

This last week as responsibility for this for completing tasks became too much for the 2 chef's alone and not enough help was scheduled. All the food we had planned to give to You our family sat in our coolers prepared yet not finished. So we shared what we had ready, and sampled what we had available.

We experienced mechanical failures as well as time management. I double booked my time! I did NOT factor in that my daughters would be present for the time to finish all the food. Brooke was booked by her now previous employer, We all need some sleep even if only 2-4. Making the BEST Food on the planet takes a LOT of Time and dedication!!!

The Love that goes into making the almond cheese alone is recorded for over 10 hours of CHEF time. Wait til YOU taste this...

So, The Long and Short...

We have a long exciting road ahead of as we plan for the development and production of multiple communities centers in multiple cities. We have a national and global mission to spread the Love of Light and Truth! We love to hear your Truths. This the building of our community and I am blessed and grateful for this charge to share my love for life.

These past 6 months I have run this facility as a place for friends and family to gather. I am grateful for the organized management skills which Brooke has and brings to the team. This means that my Big Crazy dream I see everyday is getting organized and You are invited to play on our team.

If you have always dreamed of making a difference in the world sharing your passionate strengths please send your resume and an email telling us about your vision of a beautiful world to dreamteam@synergychef.comAnonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10930931824663692134noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1956153761949502898.post-65599809856493251322009-05-21T10:52:00.000-07:002009-06-01T01:16:01.064-07:00Time flies...Spring has Sprung and now Summer is upon us!

What a joy it is to share the passion of creative foods...

Pure Joy has new ownership ans still carries our Chocolates and desserts, The Art of Food has opened celebrating it's 3rd week with Pan Pacific foods. This task has been haunting me since posting over a month ago. Many drafts have been started and revised and tossed out.

Well, here it is. I have been exploring the Live Food world or THE FOOD World for about 5 years now. I jumped in full speed ahead with less than 3 months of research. I knew that all the things I had been consuming and considered to be "Food" were in deed the cause for many discerning or is it disconcerting conflicts in my life.

Now after these few years of cleansing and creating I had realized about a year ago I have been depressed for over 23 years of my life now. If you put a shrink in the same room with me and a DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual) they could tell you I have many cases to take a a few different prescription drugs. Each one to "help" me feel better or see things "clearer". I have had severe "Social Anxiety", Depression, Bouts of mania, Anorexia? (I eat 3-4 thousand calories in a day sometimes but the weight does not stay on, FAST metabolism). So that is off the top of my head. I gave my copy of DSM-III away last year, which included many titles of "disorders" I had many qualifications for.

So, here we are NOW! 2008 is nearing it's 3rd quarter. I am preparing to turn the "ancient" age of 34. I have committed to myself that this my 33rd year of life is the year of pure change for me. Christ was 33 when he died, I must at least realize my purpose and move towards the dreams I seek in this lifetime. Oh kay, so I have been working to do this for a few years now. Others around me have an easier time of seeing the progress than I do at times.

I realize that I have a LONG back log of verbal commitments, so many that my head swirls at night thinking about what I have left unfinished, who I may have forgotten to connect with. So, I hope and pray that all whom read this and even those who do not have let go and know it is nothing person. I just want to save the world. This I realize is a big part of what created the core of my depression in 1983. I feel the True beginning was feeling like the weight of the world was on my shoulders, wishing that the world was a more joyful place where all humans got along and cared about the wellbeing of each other. Now I understand this as the abundance mentality.

Recently I have moved into a new home space which allows me a 5 minute walk to work/play at the kitchen. This adventure of moving in with new people has created a wonderful learning facility. Each day I am confronted by others who are not living in the abundance of life but have the power of the world in their hands. Each day I seek to share some positive insight which may have a positive impact on the lives of those around me. Our home is beautifully developing to a space where I look forward to bringing my children soon!

I realized recently the True Catalyst for the depression was denying Christ as my personal Savior and owning my actions. WE can keep repairing the roof and the walls but with out a solid foundation of Faith I am no thing. AT teh youthful age of 8 I made a True commitment to Christ to Do My Best Always and to seek first things which are praiseworthy. Around my 9th Birthday I feel is where I was challenged and failed to communicate my commitment. It has been a crazy tumbling road ever since feeling ungrounded. Just after turning 10 I was a "victim" of bizarre sexual abuse, this was a big step in the shaping of my world. Guilt, Sadness, Frustration and Low self esteem are just a few of the effects.

All of this in addition to what I realize now were the effects of "Immunization shots, Mercury, DDT and any other chemicals present in my environment like Lead and asbestos.

The purpose behind sharing all of this is reach out to anyone and everyone who may have had similar experiences. I am here. I am Joyful to be a listening ear. I know it feels GOOD just to say things and get them out in the open. I know writing this blurb has been very therapeutic.Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10930931824663692134noreply@blogger.com0
